Following the successful delivery of two 3-day intensive training courses on Machine Learning and Optimisation, the Newton Gateway to Mathematics is investigating the possibility of running further courses in mathematical areas of relevance to end-users, such as individuals in industry, business and government. 

We envisage that these courses will provide technical training in the subject matter, but also with the emphasis being very much on how the mathematics is applied in practice. We anticipate we will continue developing such courses in partnership with other experts and academic institutions. 

As with the previous two courses, we plan that these courses will run in a hybrid format, with the first day being held physically, and the remaining two days virtually.
