This Postdoc in AstraZeneca’s Oncology unit will focus on utilising image analysis to extract novel information from 1000s of medical images acquired in AstraZeneca clinical trials. The post represents a unique opportunity to develop and validate radiomic image analysis methods (including machine learning / deep learning) and to publish the findings in high impact journals. The
ultimate goal is to develop ‘imaging biomarkers’ that can help guide optimal treatment strategies for patients. The post will be based in AstraZeneca’s global R&D centre in Cambridge, UK.
